  1. I've had this for a few months. I like it - I'm a fan. BTW I read someplace that NotTwo no longer has a U.S. distributor. Anyone know if that's true?
  2. The Wayward Wind
  3. thanks for posting this, I'm with you on the anticipation of this. I've enjoyed all of her previous leader discs and find that I enjoy the vast majority of other dates in which she is involved. Having bought many releases because of her presence I then experienced a period of Halvorsen-overload but listening to Laubrock's first Anti-House yesterday made me realise that that phase was well and truly over. Bring on the new release Looks good. Mary will be playing at The Outpost in Albuquerque in Dec.. Looking forward to that.
  4. I've read many of his novels. Also neat that one of his writings is the inspiration for the TV series Justified. R.I.P.
  5. 92nd annual Santa Fe Indian Market this past weekend.

  9. The session with Ben Webster is one of my favorites.

  21. Gillian Flynn: Sharp Objects
  22. That makes two of us, I've put off new frames because that shit looks stupid to and on me. But - the bigger, rounder frames are the cool thing now, but they're probably pricier too, since it's what's hip now. But fuck it, I say. If you want to look good, you gotta look right, and how do you put a price on right (unless you're the manufacturer, in which case, you do it quite easily). But from my end, again, fuck it. I got insurance, I got a job, no reason to wear stupid glasses, not for me there's not. So you have those Roy Orbison glasses!?!
