  1. Randissimo I'll overlook the fact that you quoted scumbag Miller.Everything else is dead on.
  2. How's this for vile? Dip a tofu hot dog in the yogurt and have some beets on the side.
  3. Is said cd generally available?
  4. The last time I went to a dentist the nice man hit a nerve where he had'nt sprayed with any novacaine. He also went to great length to tell me how he used to ply his trade in the Central African Republic which he said was the birthplace of aids and cases were starting to pop up at the time he was there and he was sharing this information with me at the same time he was giving me a root canal. Since then I haven't been real eager to go back to a dentist and besides they ain't cheap.
  5. I respect the b-3 and all it's practitoners that is one fire breathing instrument and it is bad to the bone!!!!
  6. I went with the Canadian Bacon and Eggs though as a rule of thumb I'm not a big breakfast eater. When I do eat breakfast it's usually Ham and Eggs, Huevos Rancheros, Steak and Eggs or whatever was leftover from the night before.
  7. I've got volume one.Volume 2 is an absolute must!!!!
  8. What kind of info do you have on it?
  9. Maybe like "Braveheart" we should show them our arses.
  10. Two more good choices.
  11. Then I believe you did drive Red Mountain,Coal Bank and Molas passes. Our high school basketball teams used to play in a tournament in Montrose "the Black Canyon Classic". The tournament was the final one before Christmas break and it was mostly the parents of the players who went to see the tournament. One paticular year it snowed for days on end but a lot of people who went to see it took Coal Bank,Molas and Red Mountain Pass during the snow storm. According to one observer those people who took that route when they arrived at the gym(fortunately they all did)had the look of death on their faces and these are people who are used to driving in rough weather.
  12. I didn't think that you did and it's probably just as well.
  13. Luther Allison "Live In Chicago" on Alligator Records and Rod Piazza and the Mighty Flyers "Live at BB King's Blues Club" and BB King "Live in Japan" on MCA are three sessions that really smoke.
  14. Did you take Red Mountain Pass to get there?I know locals who get bummed at that idea even during the summer.
  15. A good point Kevin. If we had more yahoos show up like Musicboy it might become a full time job chewing them up and spitting them out.
  16. JSngry the sides that you mentioned I have'nt heard is so long I've forgotten what they sound like-arrgghh!!! I'll have to dig them up somewhere. I do remember that toward the end of their career that the Rascals did a two lp set with Jazz influences in it.I'll have to dig that up as well.
  17. Must be some Clifford Jordan fan out there who has totally lost his or her mind.
  18. Chaney you made a good point.JSngry the Blue Note bean counters would probably be aghast at the idea of music being thought of as something other than a commodity. In other words I agree with you.
  19. Compay Segundo and Benny Carter on the same day-oh man!!!
  20. A long and productive life.Hasta luego!!!
  21. Way to go Ed and JSngry I can dig it. B)
  22. Hopefully Anita won't put you through the grinder like Odetta did and hopefully she won't be one of those one word response interviews. At any rate good luck you are one lucky rascal GOM.
  23. Or how about "I know the music will be in good hands with Wynton".
  24. Or how about "I don't give a rat's ass about Iraq or Iraquis but any opportunity to pay back current and future campaign contributors well you know you gotta do what you gotta do!!!"
