  1. Sugar Shane knocks the crap out of pretty boy.It may not be a knockout but pretty boy probably wishes that it would be.
  2. Thanks BFrank.
  3. When I was in junior college I started off by majoring in journalism but I decided that it wasn't for me. I switched majors to broadcasting and that has turned out to be my calling. I dig what I do but I wondered what would have happened if I would have been a plumber or lawyer or something that payed more money?
  4. I'm just curious is this the sort of thing that could have the RIAA blackshirts knocking at your door? Also once you have downloaded a cd can the music be easily removed from your drive? This could take up a lot of space in a hurry.
  5. The less attention I pay to them the better I feel.
  6. Maybe the title of the next Organissimo album will be "Sleep Deprivation" .Seriously it will be an excellent adventure.Congrats and good luck to you and the Mrs.
  7. Or he may not be working on it all-the lazy lout!!!
  8. I'd have to listen first but usually I view projects of this sort for lack of a better word-goulish.
  9. Seems pretty heart healthy to me.
  10. I was going to thank you for all the info but that's way too much trouble for a lazy bastard like me.
  11. The guys priorities are well-interesting.
  12. If it's doable sure why not? It could be a great forum.
  13. Count me as another TOP fan."Live and in Living Color" is one of the best and it has got grease-I'm sorry GREEEZE!!!! to spare.
  14. I don't know but it sounds interesting.Harrell is so underrated.
  15. As great as an artistic statement as this might have been it would never have seen the light of day unless it had Joseph Goebbels approval. She might not have dropped the Zyklon B into the receptacles and she might not have sent the Wehrmacht,Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine out to do their monstorous work but she knew. The woman obviously wasn't stupid and she understood how things worked in the Reich. She knew.
  16. I didn't like the sob then and if that's how he's spending his money then I don't like him now.
  17. One for sure that I know of "A Night in San Francisco" which is a mighty fine live 2 cd set. Also I think he plays on "Back on Top" and numerous other recordings. No threat to the legacies of Bird,Cannon,Hodges etc but servicable.
  18. Cheap Tacos and Bird now that doesn't seem like such a bad combination assuming the tacos were good. You strike me as the type that has no problem finding good inexpensive Mexican food and even if you didn't in this case you still got Bird and I'm sure the good mexican food has come your way many times over.

  22. What are the other releases?
  23. Michael Bolton sings, and Kenny G plays the music of Gershwin as performed by Enja on piano. <shudder> I just gave myself heart attack with that one. The Horror!!! The Horror!!!
  24. I was obliged to sell off a lot of albums a few years back and most of the Tyner milestones went by the boards. I've never ceased regretting that.
