That's got to be the perfect statement from a book lover, Bruce! I try to avoid movies based on books I like; they always seem to disappoint. On the other hand, the one movie I saw based on a book I was disappointed with was great! (The Exorcist)

One word of advice to those who follow Ghosts advice about how to get a coupon accepted (basically being a PITA customer, and I'll bet any retail workers know what THAT stands for...), just make sure you don't pick an employee who has finally decided that he or she has had enough and that they aren't going to take any of this shit for one more day...it ain't a pretty sight!

Slide, try reading about the lakes of pigshit some of these places produce; it's not exactly appetizing. On the other hand, I agree; that option doesn't appeal to me either. Just got this today, so I thought I'd boost the thread. Not my typical kind of music, and if I'd read this thread before buying, I probably would have passed on it. But as it turns out, I like it a lot! You never know...

Picked up Flow My Tears the other day. As it turns out, I have read it. But that's okay! Could get me on a tear of his books...

As an experiment, I placed two orders, one with Cheap-CDs and one with CDUniverse. Both placed last Sunday. CDUniverse arrived today, so they win on speed. Plus, they use much better packaging for their shipping. Actual cardboard and everything! Now I just have to decide which CD to play first...
