I saw that in my search but it doesn’t tell you very much as I was looking for prior ownership. There was some info about partnership but it couldn’t be substantiated. However, David Weiss confirmed present ownership. Some things are just lost to history.

The information out there on ownership is scanty.

Or people who are just discovering him, perhaps after listening to him on vinyl. There are some who purchase both forms.

This is a good one.

I have all these on RVG Remasters, Prestige 60th Anniversary from Japan and they sound pretty good.

Probably more than count be counted.

I just received the original record as a bonus in a YT auction I won but haven’t listened to it yet.

The first one shows up on eBay from time to time at decent prices. The ones on Discogs are a tad pricey.

Nope. Had everything. There is one on now for $50 as a buy it now.

A couple have sold on eBay in the $45 range in the last couple of months.

I listened to the cuts on the Mosaic site and some YT clips. They were better than anticipated but I don’t plan on buying the set anytime soon.

The two Desmond Mosaics are pure gold.

I’m just not a Sanders fan. I do have one or two Theresa records (one by George Coleman for sure).

That’s good news but this is one set I’m unlikely to purchase. Let’s hope @david weiss is interested in less “out there” projects.

This sums up what I feel about Dylan. Just like the rest of us, he is no longer what he was in his 20s or 30s, his voice has changed and he’s just a different person. I enjoy his post 1975 material but that Dylan is different than the Dylan before, just as mid 60s Dylan is different than the early 70s version.

I think it’s been a few years since they used that term. I’m actually surprised it took so long for the Savory to almost sell out.

I have several and they are very good. They didn’t file for bankruptcy; they assigned their assets to their creditors and whoever now holds their assets is looking for a buyer. It’s a little similar to bankruptcy but different. At any rate, the company is probably finished. It was good while it lasted.

Mine was also defective. I wrote to Resonance about it two days ago but have not received a reply.

An extra cost I can do without.

I enjoy vinyl but I also like CDs. However, there is some music that just isn’t on cd. As a rule I now generally avoid new vinyl; there is lots of old vinyl out there in terrific condition that can be had at decent prices.

Those are not high prices. Dave’s Picks comes with three cds and usually sell from Dead.net in the $30s. OOP ones are higher. Lon’s prices are very fair.
