Do you have his recordings for Bee Hive, Burn Brigade and Baritone Madness.
  5. I'm ordering it today.
  6. I just started listening last night to the remix of the White Album. Man, the sound really pops on these. Glass Onion, which Scott referred to last year, is simply amazing, plus I'm hearing Ringo's drums like I've never heard them before. I now need to get Sgt Pepper. I hope they keep doing this.
  7. I wonder if it was a mistake or a way to get some people to buy it and create some “buzz” and then once there was some interest, raise the price.

  9. Who would have thought that a classical thread would provoke this angst
  10. Never heard it used that way and I’m from the City. However, if you’d like to take a ride from Rovkaway (where my grandmother had a beach house) in Queens to near the Henry Hudson Bridge at the tip of Manhattan, that’s the way to do it.
  11. Completely agree that it should be related to work. I was hammered a few times by my boss about responding promptly to emails before I learned the lesson and also learned the lesson that you should be courteous.
  12. I also saw some on eBay but not as nicely priced as Dan's
  13. What a shame. Wings of Desire is one of my favorite movies and I recently saw American Friend. I think more of him in those movies than his portrayal of Hitler, which was quite amazing as well. RIP.
  14. A constant complaint I have with some people (not here) is that they don’t reply to business emails or do it weeks later. I just saw this article in the Times and it summarizes my position exactly No, You Can’t Ignore Email. It’s Rude. However, there are two sides to any argument and here is the other one. Why I Didn’t Answer Your Email In my view, with which some may disagree, the last column is a cop out. During my business life, there were some emails I couldn’t get to until late at night but I’d get to them or I’d send the sender a brief note saying I’d respond the next day.
  15. Yup, it’s been awhile since I listened to this one.
  16. I’ve had that and still have it. Not a lot of fun. Usually physical therapy and anti inflammatories will get rid of it.
  17. I think Kimbrough and company deserve a big thank you and recognition for this accomplishment.
  18. I’ve listened to the first two CDs and it gets a big from me.
