I think Kevin's advice about doing certain things yourself. I wouldn't worry about individual cd in jewel cases that much because jewel cases can be replaced but my Mosaics are only being touched by me and I'd probably call Mosaic to get boxes for each of them. Same goes for certain collectibles that are near and dear to your heart.

You should mention specific people who got the shipped email like me and weizen and also that you've filed a complaint with ebay and that you'll get a lawyer if necessary. You might want to give the call as well. Just keep the pressure on.

I just got this for around $60 (including shipping) on ebay. The price seems odd because there's a lot of them at cheap prices but what the hell.

I recently was able to get a copy of this and while not as good as the 2 Uptown LPs, definitely worth it and an important addition. BTW in a discussion of the Bee Hive Discography on page 4 of that thread, Chuck said the following about the reissue of the Dameronia lps: "Yup, the PJJ Dameronias will eventually be reissued but the material needs to be remixed from the session tapes and some other issues have popped up (not legal) to delay the project. I suggested the reissue of Social Call when it became obvious the Dameronia stuff was delayed."

I looked for the Embers in a few places but couldn't locate it. Amazon seems to have a few of the Charleys at various prices. You may also want to track ebay. That set shows up there from time to time.
