So...I gotta go out and buy a Blu-Ray player now, correct? Never converted from DVD...hell, barely converted to DVD from VHS, video entertainment is the one area where streaming has been everything I want and more, but...gotta get read for granddaughter sleepovers and stuff, I suppose. A Braxton record tips the scales already now!

I did, and it's not. Peaches (RIP) was my first exposure to readily available imports of any kind, and the UK Revolver made a convert out of me, in a BIG hurry. As for Stones, albums....who cares? They were a singles band for as long as that kind of thing mattered, imo, and then...it no longer mattered to me.

Billi and Tiddle (+ Delli) - A Boy's A Man Now! One of the more...uncomfortable chapters of entertainment history...Tiddle & Billi "fell in love" when he was 16 and she was 34. Damn near broke up the act, by all accounts, but ultimately Delli stayed in the act (albeit in the most diminished of roles), both to be a supportive mom, and also because, as she put it. "I've know Billi for a long time...." and left it at that. It makes for some very uncomfortable listening on songs like "Make A Boy" where her part is an incessant (if tuneful) repeated "no no no". Show business is pretty disgusting sometimes. Anything for a buck, anything for a baby, just....anything for anything.

Is that the one with Jerry Fuller playing those Warne-ish soloings?
