Glad to come across this thread since I was able to get ahold of this disc only yesterday based on a recommendation by a friend. Really nice date. I'll look for it's companion date, but for now the price is alittle out of reach. At least through Amazon Marketplace.

Alot of great football on tv tonight. I wish I had the opportunity to have seen the Oklahoma State/Kansas State game. That looked like a great one but opted instead for the LSU/ Bama game. Couldn't miss that one being a huge LSU fan. That interception near the goal line by LSU was the key to the game.

I had some downtime today(off from work) and purchased a couple used copies on the cheap. The titles being "Siren" and "Sleepness Nights".

I've been checking out some of his releases recently and really enjoying what I'm hearing. I've come across some positive comments on Weiskopf in separate threads but no single thread dedicated to him. So let's hear from you. What do you guys think of Walt Weiskopf?

No disrespect for Jackie's Prestige sides which I think I must own close to if not all. Far and away his Blue Note titles do it for me. Consequence, Jackknife, Vertigo, Destination Out, It's Time, Right Now! Gosh, it don't get much better than that.
