Agree! I really like what he's doing here, almost a kind of acoustic version of what Miles was doing with electric instruments, say around In a Silent Way or so. I especially like the line-up on Odyssey with the two basses, two drums, vibes and guitar. Wayne was really doing some exciting stuff here!

Can anyone supply more details about Golden Boy? Was not aware of this session let alone that the tapes were lost.

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I just acquired a copy of Odyssey of Iska the other day and was comparing it with my copy of Moto Grosso Feio and was utterly shocked to see that these two sessions, with completely different lineups, were recorded on August 26, 1970. Was this the case or was there an error in one of the liner notes? Anybody who can clear this up for me would be greatly appreciated. I should add that I have the BN cd edition of Odyssey from 1987 and the One Way Records cd edition of Moto from 1993.
