Where's chewy? Ed Shaughnessy is out of the Kenny Clarke bag, and Klook and Max are two divergent strains of the same tree. So I don't get how you can shut out an entire area of the forest. You must know that "WCJ," as a school, is counted by some purists as antithetical to East Coast bop, but that is patently unfair.

I have some "interesting origin" ECM mini-lp's (Jarrett, several Garbarek's) and some other jazz mini-lp's (Cohn-Sims, Corea Tones for Joan's Bones) that I got in trade from a guy in Russia. And just because it's a Japanese mini-LP doesn't mean it's legit.

Yeah, I'd like to hear that one, too.

TDK, DiscRite, DiscPlanet, and some generic brands I have seen listed. I believe that there were some Candid reissues on nearly-indistinguishable CD-Rs. I believe that the reissuing company owned up to using CD-Rs.

Not all CDRs have a bluish tint. Some are silvery like regular CDs.

Loren Mazzacane & Kath Bloom - Sing the Children Over - (Ambiguous) I don't know much, but I do believe this is one of the best folk-blues albums to have come out in the last forty years.

Me too, the double Impulse reissue (on cd) of the same material is interesting too. If I recall, that came out when I didn't give a shit about post-Don Cherry Gato. Boy was I wrong... of course, the LP can be had for all of $2!

Some nice stuff here, I think, including a few Clean Feed and ESP-Disk titles which I have duplicates of. All are promos but few have been played more than a couple of times if at all. The tray cards may have hole punches or divots in the barcodes, but nothing horrendous. Please pay with Pay Pal; first two discs in the US are shipped free, international write and we'll figure out something cheap and zippy.
