  13. Tracks 2A and 2C of Go Ahead John are without trumpet. Pretty amazing what Teo did with those basic tracks to make the composite!

  18. I don't believe that there is trumpet on the final four minutes of this composite; I'm going to listen and post back in a few minutes.
  19. According to the box set discography, there is only one track, Archie Moore, without trumpet.
  20. Yeah, I considered Thor, though I haven't been thinking about him for years. . . .Though I'd probably go with Odin instead. When people start venerating the Ancient One, I might choose him. . . .
  21. Wow, it's the opposite for me, I think the Hodges is about twice better than the Parlan (which I like but. . . Johnny Hodges!)
