I think  that it was in a simpler cover but now I have another (vague) memory that it was later issued in The States.   John could have had some influence on the Canadian Columbia because of his work  at Sam the Record Man.

That's as I recall it...Canadian Columbia did a version of the Japanese 2LP, but if I recall it was devoid of discographical info, perhaps because no one did a translation from the Japanese...  And I think the sound wasn't very good.

No Black Friday in Stamford then...

The only Black Friday I associate with Mosaic is the day all those sets got pulled without warning.

Scott says the Teddy Wilson will ship in early February, with the Savory set to follow in early March.

Just saw the Mosaic website is now showing a release date for this set in March now. Tried calling today but wasn't able tospeak with anyone. Does anyone here have info or heard from Scott about what the delay is about?

I saw that too. It shows the Savory collection as being delayed until April as well. I don't have any information but would be interested if anyone else does. Going to be a very late Christmas present hahahahaha.

As an owner of a recording company, I might suggest delays at the pressing plant or delays of payment of bills. Neither is a case for worry for a music company. Sit back, sip some wine and be rewarded in the end.
