  2. 1925-1940 Columbia was on 15 2 LP sets. Not complete but still... When did that come out? I snapped up the RCA black and white twofers in the mid-80s but don't recall ever seeing theose. Perhaps they didn't appear in Britain or had been discontinued by then. Getting imports involved a lot more work in those days. Those LPs were released by CBS France in the 1970s.
  3. Lower price: $175, but that's it.
  4. I am selling the following Analogue Productions hybrid Blue Note SACDs that were mastered by Steve Hoffman: Art Blakey - Moanin' John Coltrane - Blue Train Kenny Dorham - Whistle Stop; the back of the jewel case has a crack and is scratched; that's how I got it from the retailer Jackie McLean - Capuchin Swing Lee Morgan - Lee-Way Art Taylor - A.T.'s Delight and these Japanese blu-spec CDs: Miles Davis - Kind of Blue - Sony SICP 20001 Miles Davis - 'Round About Midnight - Sony SICP 20004 The CDs are $25 each including shipping; all CDs are in excellent or better condition. I only ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. 9. Does anyone know if The Big Steal was ever released as a black & white Region 2 DVD? I can only find colourized Region 2 versions...
  10. Me as well, J.A.W. Unlike Godot, I believe this box is now bound to arrive! Yep, we've been waiting long enough.
  11. The set I've been waiting for
  12. Relax, he has left the building.
  13. I am looking for a copy in excellent or better condition of the Willie "The Lion" Smith CD that came out on Commodore in 1989. The catalogue number was CCD 7012. PayPal is my only payment option. Please PM me if you're selling it.
  14. Just send a PM to Weizen or Jim
  15. Jim prefers one account per person - see forum rule 6.
  16. Just PM Jim and he'll fix it (for U.K. members: no pun intended ).
  17. Except that up until the recent shipping changes, at least, each booklet had been hand-numbered at the time of shipment to the customer, using a number generated in sequential order by the computer system and appearing on the computer-generated invoice. This was explained to our very own Brad in an email from Mosaic that has been quoted here several times over the past few years. Last I recall, however, Hans had emailed Scott Wenzel asking if this was still the system, and had not yet received a reply. Hans? I never got a reply from Scott about that - which is unusual for him, I might add. They're probably sick of this question (just a guess ) You should email him again and tell him that it keeps coming up on the Board, and we need a definitive answer! I'd rather remain on friendly terms with him Just sent my own inquiry--now he can be annoyed at me. Good luck

  24. He is, and when I realized that Fischer's PJ recordings are still within the EU 50-year limit, I edited my post accordingly.
