  1. Nothing showing up Neal!

  3. Enjoy your trip Chuck. You can hold off on packing my order until you return. Thanks!
  4. I just bought Moby Grape's debut on CD in a used bin about two months ago. I had not idea it was hard to get. I just know I'd never seen it before and remembered the cover from a thread here years ago... I've always wanted to hear St. Dominic's Preview.
  5. Agreed on all counts. I've always loved this one. I think this is one of the BN albums lovingly referred to as HAAG? Can't remember. For Sangry, because this one really works, and it was listed above by Shawn: I haven't listened in a while, but I seem to remember Herbie Hancock playing organ on "Air". Right?
  6. I look at this list of albums, some more familiar than others, most I've never heard, and I read yalls comments here and I realize that Frank Zappa, against the odds, achieved massive success in his lifetime and became a household name. Seems to me he did his thing every step of the way, and he did it all his way, from doo-wop to modern classical.
  7. Can you imagine the thought process behind this study, and the conversation following the results? Satire.
  8. Sounds like I need to buy the Abbey Lincoln Hank Jones duet album. I imagined she would do this song well.
  9. I also really like the treatment on Julie Is Her Name.
  10. I didn't know there was one. I will! I think I just really like that tune. Those lyrics. Monk. Other recommendations for "I Should Care"?
  11. Gotcha. That's pretty much the extent that I am familiar with them too.
  12. Was Oren Bloedow a jazz bassist at some point? I didn't know. Surprise you've never heard of Previte before, Joel. He and Horvitz seem to have done a lot of stuff together. I'm not all that familiar with any of these guys, but if someone said Horvitz, my mind would say Previte.
  13. It's been done before. And again.
  14. That sounds great six string. I heard a few live recordings around the time of Belladonna. I feel like they were duets. Just Daniel Lanois on pedal steel and Brian Blade at the kit. I'll see if I can find them again. They were wonderful.
  15. I'm a big fan of their work together.

    HA!

I have the Stones Throw Stark Reality release. When TV was something other than it is now.
  17. Why are these titles being deleted?
