I must have missed the rule change that allowed Lerbon several extra inches of court space... Exciting game. Cavs still have no chance, but unfortunately the pistons have to expend much needed energy on them. I guess its better they get in shape and ready to win now than trying to do it against the heat. -

Sure dude. And if Lebron averages 95 points for the rest of the series they might even win it! -

Dallas up 2-1 on the Champs. Not sure who I am rooting for in this series, because I am not sure who will be easier for the Pistons to beat in the finals. With Manu sucking so hard, I might actually have to pull for the Spurs. It would be nice to get a rematch too. Probably a few more seasons of Spurs-Pistons finals after this one too. Should be fun. -
ECM Sound - what style of Jazz would you call it?

Ok. And why is that? -
ECM Sound - what style of Jazz would you call it?

I think 'Contemplative Jazz' fits quite well for many (most?) ECM recordings. I am a HUGE fan of the ECM sound as a whole. -
Definitely a better episode this week. But still... The flashback with Chrissy telling Tony about the Feds was 100% unneccessary, especially considering what happened is pretty much exactly what you would expect. Although I did like bringing back Adriana's mom, but you would think if her daughter was dead and the FBI came to her house she might have tried a little harder to put pressure on Tony or Carmela for answers. The lady friend made the obsevrvation that nothing seems to happen on screen or even during the show. You always find out what happens (i.e. Chris's new girl and marriage) afterwards. And then they fast forward between shows, or especially betweens seasons. Its quite a weird, and often annoying, way to go about things.

No. But you still get some points for getting close -- for example, 3 pts for picking the wrong winner of a series that goes 7 games. Guy i think that is what i meant. why would you get 3 pts if it went to game 7? is that only if you picked it to go 6? -

I heard it was a CD-R of Sangrey sitting in with Organissimo. Produced by Chuck Nessa. -

if you get the winner wrong, do you still get points for the number of games? -

Where;s your MVP now Phoenix? That sorry ass no defense playing gimmick basketball hack of a team is down 2-1 against the sorry ass Lakers. I love it. And the spurs and heat lose. Good times. -
Unfortunately, only as seperate discs, each counting as a seperate trade. Sorta like netflix does with DVD rentals.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2422255 Nash steals another MVP. I will say this, he deserved it WAY more this year than last. And I could almost see giving it to him this year had he not won last year. But he is still incredibly lucky to win it at all. Players who have won consecutive MVP awards: Bill Russell Wilt Chamberlain Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Moses Malone Larry Bird Magic Johnson Michael Jordan Tim Duncan Steve FREAKIN' Nash whcih one doesnt fit? Oh yeah, and Shaq only has one mvp. Ridiculous. -
Interesting. So far I have only received 'legitimate, purchased, non-promo, non-cutout, non-record club, non-CD-R, royalty-paid, mint condition CDs' Not sure what 'non-andorran' means. I know sending CD-Rs is strictuly prohibited.

Well Ive gotten a bunch of shipments now. Blakey - Moanin Herbie - Inventions and Dimensions, Takin' Off Kenny Wheeler - Angel Song Wes - Movin Wes all with cd artwork Total price: 7.45 + some cds i didnt want anyways Again, I recommend it wholeheartedly. I am amazed at the speed of the whole thing. Usually takes only an hour or so after I agree to ship a cd for someone to agree to ship me one.

Round 1 West SA in 5 over Queens Dallas in 5 over Memphis Nuggets in 7 over Clippers Phoenix in 6 over Lakers East Detroit in 4 over Bucks Cavs in 6 over The Wiz NJ in 6 over Indiana Miami in 5 over Chicago Round 2 West SA in 6 over Dallas Phoenix in 6 over Nugz East Detroit in 5 over Cavs Miami in 6 over NJ Conference Finals West SA in 5 over Phoenix East Detroit in 6 over Miami Finals Detroit in 6 over SA Im interested to see what Kobe and Bron do in round one, otherwise it wont be too interesting. Only 4 teams have any shot whatsoever at the championship, , spurs, miami, dallas, in that order. -
Im a big fan or Chris Potter in this group, in his absence a big deal? Im not familiar with McCaslin at all though. I was also quite underwhelmed by Strange Liberation, although I found the Infinite to be a damn near masterpiece.

Even doing that you cant really see what people have to offer. You just list the cds you want, and if someone has one they send it to you. They send you an email telling you its on the way. You can see what other users have, but it seems alot of people list ALL of their cds, not just the ones they want to trade. Hopefully this will all change, apparently they are in 'beta' mode now and will change in July. Supposedly some features will be upgraded. It is kind of a bummer as it is, but like I said, I did it because i really had nothing to lose. If we could get more people on here to join though, im sure the whole place will be much better

The trades arent done on a person to person basis. You send your cd to some guy in Texas, and you might receive a cd from some guy in California. They keep it balanced, so you dont receive 100 cds and only send out 4. You have to send out to receive (+ or - 1) You just have to make sure you list enough wanted cds to get something back. Obviously if all you want is some obscure OOP disc you wont get it. My concern was that no jazz at all would be available, but its seems good so far. Their 'selection' is probably similar to yourmusic.com i would guess. Nothing groundbreaking, but basic Shorters and Herbie's and Miles' Also, it might not be a bad way to pick up crappy pop cds for the kids without spending too much.
