  1. If you like the percussion heavy album of these two, go for the CD version - better sound, more tracks, and the LP had some bad edits.
  2. Just saw I paid even less - list price was € 1.898.00 when it was introduced, most retailers sold it for around 1.600.00, and I paid € 685.00! I have their MyAmp and MyZic (headphone amp) in the bedroom, and the MyDac connected to the TV receeiver - all great components.
  3. Looks like an interesting disc - just ordered a copy. Thanks for the recommendations all, I will post a list of what I used.
  4. Dear friends, I just ordered a French micromega CD-30 player at an inventory sale at less than half price and can't wait until it arrives. I have my preferred discs for comparing the player to my old one, but I am curious what you would choose to see how the new toy sounds, regardless of musical style - recommendations, please! https://micromega.com/en/products/mo-range/cd-30/
  5. John Lewis play some funny stuff here!
  6. Next is Mike Wolff's trio session recorded immediately after one Impure Thoughts album when they had a day left at the studio.
  7. Same here. Great bass sound.
  8. Right now another self made needle drop CDR of the complete Milt Jackson sessions with Lucky Thompson for Savoy and Atlantic.
  9. My own CDR compilation of Milt Jackson's 1952 session for Blue Note with Lou Donaldson and the 1954 session with Henry Boozier (gorgeous trumpet sound!).
  10. SALBANELLO Doppio Rosso 2017 Vino d'Italia
  11. The latter two from the Mosaic box set.
  12. Poll Winners CD which adds a rare 1956 live session.
