    Agreed, I got a lot out of reading about jazz when I first started listening. So did I - Martin Williams, Nat Hentoff, Max Harrison, Ralph J. Gleason, Gunther Schuller, even Ira Gitler. Maybe they don't make 'em like they used to - exception being the esteemed Mr. Kart.

    Since it took a month for anyone to reply, I didn't think it was a big deal. However, the back cover does make it look interesting.
