Mom salts as I recall, bananas too!? Grandpa used to salt his beer (and mine when I was like five) he also ate onions like apples and limburger and braunschweiger sammiches. Best techinique of his was to put a big swath of butter on the side of the plate, salt and pepper it and then put it on one side end of his corn on the cobb thus buttering it while en palate. Newish to me release by Rosalia de Souza: 'Brasil Precisa Balancar'. This time around she's under the helm of Roberto Menescal rather than Nicola Conte. A much more traditional "jazz grouping" take rather than the "clubby" work on her first record. Will appeal to that "morelenbaumx2 guy"

a guy at work here, near forty, had been having throat probs with nasty halitosis and coughing up stuff and his regular doc couldn't figure it out. sure enough he's got to have them old tonsils yanked. my Mom had viral labyrinthitis last year and it goofed her up big time. feel for ya after hearing her stories. not to be outdone tho Dad scored a heavy duty case of "shingles" that still persists almost a year later. THAT is some crazy pain!!! Rod, that neighborhood you live in should help I would imagine.

I think some of the tunes on that goofy looking comp might be from the "Bedazzled" soundtrack.
