  2. I had never heard of her until I saw your post. I listened to a few things on YouTube. Her work is very moving, beautiful compositions.

  10. Unusual, not something I would have associated with him although he always struck me as the most talented of the Monkees, e.g. Different Drum. Re the Monkees, they made some good songs that are memorable, imho.

  14. You may have posted this before or it may be generally known but if you don’t mind me asking, who were your parents?
  15. Not a lot of info about here. The best I could find is that “she was a big band and pop singer. In the 1940s she sang with Sammy Kaye often performing duets with Don Cornell. By the end of the 1940s she began to perform and record under her own name.”

  18. That drummer is something else. The dancing is about as bad as mine (when I’m under the influence). Amazing clip that bears repeated watching.
