    I’m not sure what you mean by the above post about Fresh Sounds. Although some of their early stuff may have been questionable, their more recent stuff hasn’t been. I believe their recent Lucky Thompson box won an award.

    One of my favorite pre-BN records is A Long Tall Drink Of The Blues, especially where the musicians heatedly discuss the rhythm. 4,5,6 is another good one.

    I was listening to Art Pepper’s Live at Fat Tuesday today and took a look at the Elemental Music web site and there doesn’t seem to be many jazz issues since 2016. Is anything going on with them?

    I was shocked by that one but maybe they’re going to revamp the team; he didn’t want to be a part of that. In addition, maybe he figured I can’t do any better than I have so let’s leave on top. I read Guti is a strong possibility. There was also mention of Wenger.
