Although they've probably explored this but I wonder if a subscription model would be feasible for certain projects, or perhaps having people invest in certain projects, sort of selling securities to a project. Trouble is, they would be projects without any expected return.

Without more information it’s hard to know the contours of the proposed transaction: the sources of his funding (all cash or a combination of cash and debt) and how the outstanding debt was to be treated, etc.

Inventory and overhead is always a big concern , especially for a small business.

That they have liquidity issues is not new news but what they said in the first paragraph is almost like a warning that they may be ceasing operation soon.

Reminds me of what Savoy did with Bird's Complete Savoy Dial sessions. I think the speed was off on Indiana and Savoy sent out a new disc.

Disc 2.

Season 4 of The Bridge, the Swedish Danish noir detective series. This has been one of my favorite shows and it's a superbly written, acted and directed series. I'm afraid this may be the last season. It's available on Hulu.

I know that feeling. The landscapers were just here this week doing spring cleanup and cutting up all the branches.

When we had the storms here a month ago or so, we lost many a tree limb but fortunately none hit the house.

Disc 2 and 3. All Blues on the Copenhagen concert is beyond fabulous.

They are all great, especially the HRS. Mosaic at its best.
