  1. Guess I will stick with the cd.
  2. Compared to the prices for audiophile records nowadays, that doesn’t seem overly expensive.
  3. Doesn’t Kevin Gray do all their LP work?
  4. That’s too bad. By coincidence I was listening to his Mosaic last night.
  5. The Jones Mosaic is a vastly underrated Mosaic.
  6. Burnin by Sonny Stitt on Argo.
  7. Man, you’ve had some bad luck lately.
  8. That’s too bad he didn’t have them but not unsurprising. I noticed that someone had left him negative feedback complaining he didn’t have the item in stock. Fortunately, you got your money back.

  13. Apparently, this was an idea that Michael Cuscuna had but just an idea. No work has taken place.
  14. Did you contact Mosaic. They might have a copy.
  15. There’s also the Mosaic Select: Boogie Woogie and Blues Piano but I don’t think any are available at decent prices.
  16. I’ve just finished and now onto Mary Dearborn’s bio of Hemingway.
  17. I ran across this story via an interview by Ethan Iverson with Gerald Early; the interview was discussed here.
