thanks. ya know i never get bored with this album. i was watching VH-1 Classic the other day and they played a clip (B&W) of them doing "Fire" on some TV show. the lip-sync was awful, but they were going crazy on stage. it was a hoot.

i'm guessing they see my e-mail addy and auto-delete my mail to them, but i write weekly to get them to buy 'You Bet Your Life'. funniest friggin show ever, IMO.

i voted for the orgy of paper...i have 2 kids. if it was up to me, we'd open them one at a time, throughout the day, and savor each and every one. doubt that'll happen anytime soon.

Lotus is my favorite live album of all time. i've seen Santana a dozen or so time over the years and never have been dissapointed. his live shows are amazing.

well, my flame resistant suit is on.... i love Carlos Santana. IMO, Carlos has never made a bad album. i'm with Jazzshrink and Jazzbo on this one. i'd love for Carlos to do an album of covers. he references tons of jazz tunes in his live solos anyway.
