  1. Bluesmith is already on cd (Lilith Records, LR-120). OK it's a release from Russia but with all the artwork and credits of licence from Universal Music. The sound is OK too so I guess it's sort of legal.
  2. Not in the Netherlands. Everything above $40 is checked. Unless you're lucky and the taxman is having lunch or something.....
  3. Newly remastered and the 3 bonus tracks are indeed "new" (ie never issued before).
  4. I could buy it in the store I work out and ship it to you if you wish. His last CD (Lievestro's) is also a disc to consider buying (also excellent).
  5. Yes, it's solid and has good solo's (as you might expect from Jesse et al.)
  6. Collectables can never add bonus tracks because they don't make the reissues from the original tapes (if they excist at all). Best they can get are the LP masters (copies).
  7. There will be a 5 (6) cd box set which has all the 4 trios mentioned above and a bonus cd with a trio recording with 2 unknown (to me) artists which will not be available elsewhere. And to add some more another bonus cd with extra material of the other sessions. Catalog number: UCCJ-9082/86.
  8. the fire, remember???
  9. looks just as the mini LP cd I have
  10. The Corea is with Eddie Gomez and Airto.
  11. That Roulette LP you're taling about was issued on CD in Japan but for Blue Note Club members only (a Japan only afair). Of course I managed to become a member and have the cd. If interested I could get more copies of it. It's in the nice carton sleeve format we all love (or loath). Not cheap......$50 each.
  12. Don't forget the UCCJ 3017. That's the first Trio Recordings issue with Patitucci and Sanchez. Indeed the Boston CD must be another one in the series. When I get the personnel I'l post it here.
  13. No charity at all just to let you realise Mosaic may be the only way to get our beloved music out at all when all the majors stop reissuing stuff.....
  14. Stop whining you idiots........Mosaic needs our money now more that ever to stay in business. These offers are a result of the very low volume of sales lately. If we want these kind of reissues at all in the future please order all you can through Mosaic themselves and not for a few bucks less with other sellers on the net.
  15. Please provide us with some more info.....links or titles/artists. This way we can actually try to make a respond to your question.
  16. Of all my orders with them (a lot believe me) only once I've had this happened to me. All the other orders came to me within reasonable time. Maybe I am lucky or the items weren't that hard to get, but I'm completely satisfied with their service. The item they didn't get was refunded without me asking about it.
  17. Caiman has is for $30,46 (plus shipping) so that comes near your price.
  18. The Miles SACD's are from Sony/BMG so they won't run out as fast as these limited paper sleeve issues. Just look at all the other older Miles SACD's which are still available. But to avoid disappointments please do order them (as I did with Someday my Prince).
  19. Chuck: please in English, I really can't understand this slang.
  20. Good to see a CD (set) cheaper in Europe than in the US for a change........
  21. Does anyone own this cd: Lennie Tristano - Manhattan Studio (JR11CD) How's the sound quality?
  22. yes, you're way off
  23. To make sure I get them I always preo-rder these kind of issues from Japan with Hiroshi. I once missed the Ronnie Foster - Cheshire Cat TOCJ which I ordered when it came out (together with the rest of the batch) and it never came. It was also rarely on eBay. That one must have been printed in small quatities as well (finally did manage to get it for top dollar on eBay).
  24. Felser: It's That Hamilton Man originally issued on Sesac so you don't have it I guess......
