Does anyone know any good books/articles concering the Supreme Court of the United States' decisions/views of the Powers of the President/Executive branch in foreign policy? If so, please let me know.

I think Hiroshi Tanno has it cheaper than that....and I think Tom (Rooster) has one to trade if I remember correctly.

Well, I won't amend my remark seeing as I stated that "some" and not ALL might take offence. Nevertheless, if he was ripped off, he's done everyone a duty in notifying us of the danger. I just think he could've done it more politically-correct.

Just to be clear... Is the probem with grading, or that you didn't recieve the item? If this is a problem with grading, but the seller specified that his NM/M may not be the same as other people's grading policies, I, for one, think you'll have a very difficult time proving that he ripped you off. Also — have you attempted to contact the seller by email, or even by phone? There's not much point pleading your case on this board, if you haven't even talked to the seller (which wouldn't surprise me given our past relations). Ebay will provide you with his personal information in the event that a problem has arisen between the both of you. Moreover, while you may not want to hear what I have to say, I would strongly recommend that you amend the comment regarding "sending only paypal or credit card" to Argentinians. Some liberal-minded people might take offence to that remark seeing as it implies that all Argentinians are crooks like this seller.

Either/or would suffice in so long as everything is in excellent shape. "Natural Soul" TOCJ and others to trade. Let me know.

I'm still a young guy, but the first jazz LP that I bought when I was collecting records was "Love Supreme" by Coltrane. He was actually the first jazz artist I went full out to find his various albums, at least on Impulse anyways.

Another CD in which the mystery exceeds the quality...kind of like "Sonic Boom" when it was only released as a TOCJ.

I had the original Prestige LP of this album a few years back when I was into record collecting...it's a nice album, but probably not for everybody.

I bought "Somethin' Special" today...what a fantastic session! I enjoy this one more than "Groove"!

Can anyone comment on his dates as a leader in the sixties (i.e. House of David), and even his lone date from the 50s with Ray Charles? He strikes me as somewhat of an unknown in soul jazz circles, though from what little I've heard from him, he's very soulful.

Not to my knowledge. "Grass is Greener" (AMCY 1285) was released on CD by Atlantic Japan. It's now OOP. Thanks to frankc for hooking me up with this disc a few months back. I traded "Natural Essence" for it...and would do it again ten times over. This session smokes! It's appeared sporadically on Ebay and on this board. If I recall correctly, grey sold one on this board (though, god forbid, to me) and jlhoots sold one on Ebay.

I'm going out on a limb here, but I actually like this board MORE than the BNBB.
