  2. Do the collectible jewel boxes come in jewel boxes?
  3. I have the Japan TOCJ's vols one-three and they sound really really good. Look even better in their shiny new jewel boxes.

  11. What Shawn said. Some stores that sell used cd's have that re-buffering machine. I bought a Brubeck cd with some scratches and without me even having ti say anything, they took over to the machine and buffed them right off-looked good as new.
  12. Coltrane's 'Lonnies Lament' off of Crescent. The impact this tune had on me today was pretty cool; I sensed a real spiritualness with this track.
  13. That sucks. I take it you own the business? Something like that happened at the museum I used to work at, except it was a ceiling sprinkler malfunction. It just happened to be over my desk and it destroyed my office. But the water stayed on all night and flooded the entire floor resulting in the same clean-up as yours.
  14. Warm and breezy.
  15. Found used on-line for $7.99: Don Ellis-Electric Bath-Columbia/Legacy Trying to scramble and pick up the OOP Columbias that I've been meaning to get and haven't gotten around to, and are not being re-sold at the budget prices.
  16. Well it took a few months, but I finally bought this yesterday (at our deflated Borders which only had this lone Impulse! title in stock) and I'm diggin' it quite a bit. A lot more mellower than what I was expecting but man, you can feel it, especially on Lonnie's Lament, which I think someone mentioned was a standout track above.
  17. Cracklin' Rosie - Neil Diamond
  18. You won't regret it Its on the playlist for tomorrow.
