    RIP

    Makes sense.
  2. The redundancy off too many fuckin' many channels caught up to them long ago and they're just now getting it.
  3. Yeah man, I was major bummed when I heard of his passing. His contributions to Chappelle's Show were always hilarious. RIP, Charlie Murphy. “I’m sorry, Charlie Murphy, it was an accident. I was having too much fun. I offer you a truce. The stickiest of the icky. You want to smoke with the old boy Rick James?”
  4. RIP, Mr. Warmth.
  5. Don't forget to buy the travel insurance.
  6. Totally agree Larry. "Everybody knows Johnny Hodges" is a favorite of mine. I like this one too. Nothing earth shattering, just a good straight ahead big band.
  7. I'm planning on watching this tonight.
  8. This morning... Right now... Up next...
  9. Several of the boarding stables still exist although the Warren Wilhelm Jr. would like to see them sold to his developer friends.
  10. Fuckin' Yoko, what a train wreck. RIP Chuck and thanks for all the hits.
  11. The photos look depressing to me, so I guess dude was keeping it real.
  12. Can you skip over tracks and get to one in particular? Or is shuffle the only option?
  13. They got to you too? All that time in the fresh air of Rhode Island must have warped your brain. Maybe I'm just lazy. I use my cell phone to make calls, receive calls, check emails and occasionally text. The thought of putting a bunch of music on it just does not interest me at the moment and seems to be a hassle. Now, with the new truck I'm going to be forced to have to do just that or use a usb flash drive. Otherwise I'm at the mercy of Sirius XM all the time. At home I do sometimes use Bluetooth to stream from the iPad to a speaker source. Works fine but I still prefer my self-burned compilation discs. I'll give an update after I experiment with streaming while on the road. I'll either like it or be reporting back that I installed an after market CD player or junked the RAM and went back to Ford or Chevy.
  14. Yeah, that sliding a CD in is such a pain in the ass. I recently purchased a vehicle that does not have a CD player. I had no idea until it was only available as an option until it was too late and it's a big disappointment. I will not make that mistake again. My wife's car on the other hand has 6 disc capacity. The funny thing about that article is the guy from Scion talking about the future, meanwhile the CD player outlived the Scion brand.
  15. Thank you and RIP
  16. Interesting that he passed on the Browns in order to play QB but ended up switching to a different position the next year anyway.
  17. Cool stuff. I did the same a few times for a friend that owned a bar/restaurant. I also had the pleasure years ago of making cds for a friend's wedding reception/dinner since they were trying to avoid the usual DJ crap and it was a smaller setting.
  18. Word. I just recently replaced a vehicle and it has the upgraded audio system so I was shocked to find it did not have a cd player. That really bummed me out.
