It's something I play when I'm in the mood for some mellow Jazz. My only disappointment with it is that it's too short. I guess I'll pull out my copy of this one this evening too - not least of all to see if I need to (re)file it under "mellow". Quote

T.D. Posted yesterday at 02:00 AM Report Posted yesterday at 02:00 AM I looked on discogs and don't fully trust my search, but the most recently recorded release with Ray Drummond seems to have been dated 2014. Lot of reissues since then, but AFAICT nothing new. Listening to the 3 Andrew Hill East Wind albums (Nefertiti, Hommage and Blue Black). I've posted them in recent memory (few months ago), but they're damn good and deserve more listening. Quote
Rabshakeh Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago Salvatore Bonafede – For The Time Being A nice record that is actually the sum of its parts that I hadn't listened to before. Enjoying it during a rare lie in after a truly horrific work week. Quote
