  9. this is a slippery slope. I owned a number of masters and didn't have the funds to reissue them on cd (largely because I paid all involved). Lucky for me, my father died and I got some money. Be careful of your moral standards.

  14. It is illegal to sell them in the US but the copyright owner must legally pursue each distributor, store or marketer individually - not possible in reality.
