I am sure "the Cecil Taylor Foundation" was only mentioned to Cecil and the folks supplying the funds - the transfers would be to an account number, not an account name.
this is a slippery slope. I owned a number of masters and didn't have the funds to reissue them on cd (largely because I paid all involved). Lucky for me, my father died and I got some money.
