No matter how much a person may be an idiot during their life, unless the person has physically harmed you, I don’t see the necessity to say those kinds of things after they’re dead. For me, one or two “good riddances” is sufficient.

Indeed. A few years ago I was listening to in the car and then I traded in the car and remembered I’d left it in the old one. The dealer was nice enough to retrieve and send it back to me.

I did a reverse image search and the cartoon, not the writing, seems to come from Archie Comics. There was some outfit or organization called Keller Jazz that used the comic as you reproduced it. Is that where you found it?

It looks like volume 2 of his Bird bio is supposed to be published early next year. Just finished reading Ethan Iverson’s piece on him. Tremendous.

Unfortunately, I’m in the same boat. Had a slightly high temperature on Saturday night (99.5) and was starting to feel fatigued so I had a test Monday. The temperature now seems in normal ranges but have no strength. No other symptoms fortunately. Hopefully, just a bad cold or the flu.

I looked back through the comments and someone said it was Alberta.
