I think Len was pulling our legs.

The last three years I've started telling myself when the fourth release arrives "This is the last year I'm subscribing, no more." But I caved and ordered again. I keep hoping for a few releases from the early years.

That's great Tom. I love the Savoy series that Denon put out in the US and Japan in the 'nineties, just what was on the LPs and great sound. Now we have the Mosaic set coming up to look forward to!

Falling Water is as clear as mud, I just enjoy it. It has the elements of LOST that I like and miss. The Young Pope doesn't hit the US until 2017. I'll be on the lookout.

I was thinking the same thing when discussions about this box set began. Sigh. The tapes I've heard of the Dylan sound okay for what that was, live rock in '66, but those jazz dates, nah.

I'm really digging Falling Water myself. That and Channel Zero: Candlestick Cove are two new shows I really like.

Good news. Mine should come tomorrow. Next week is '66 Tour week.

Season 3 was pretty dark too imo! I'm looking forward to Season 5 too, though I probably will have to wait for the discs once more.

Finished watching Season 4 of Longmire on DVD. I think I like Season 3 more, but I really like this show. Now on to Daredevil, Season 1 on Blu-ray. I watched Season 2 on DVD and loved it, have never seen Season 1 before, going to be fun.

I have the Burrell set. No alternates, no outtakes, just original album reproduced. Not sure on the masterings. Perhaps Japanese 24 bit from early in the century? Have only listened to one disc so far, haven't done any comparisons, that disc sounded like a 24 bit Toshiba might.

Thanks Don. I don't think I have the 49th, maybe I do. Perhaps they will put this out on the 25th release; 25 is a better starting point than 24 anyway.

There were 48 releases in the series originally. So two more after this one would be my guess.

I did do the 2016. (And all before). May not do the 2017.

Wow, that was quick! Not complaining. I waited a long time to get it from Amazon and ended up getting it somewhere else but still months after release. . . . I think I'll wait til it shows up with an amazon marketplace seller etc. We'll see.

I've seen an increasing number of cars in silver to charcoal gray in these here parts. I have only bought two vehicles in this century, a brand new motorcycle and a brand new car, both black. I had a great uncle (one of the most favorite persons in my life) who only bought black Ford Customs, a new one every three years. . . until his final car, they no longer made Ford Customs and he had to get a Torino, and shockingly in baby blue. I love the way black and chrome looks at night, that's why I chose these two.
