Yeah, I meant standard in comparison to the artisanal editions, but I see they're being listed as Deluxe Editions. I guess because they come with the booklet. Byrd Jazz is available too.

This lady appeared to be in the 50-60 age range, so if "Ella Speed" is her real name, her parents (he Speeds) would have named her "Ella", that would have been in the 60s-70s. It's kinda weird to do that, considering the date of Ella in the song...

Some special knowledge and preferences off today's mainstream? You never know ... In the discussion forum section of the website of a German news weekly there is a forumist (present sufficiently often to be noticed by others) whose forum nick is "curtisfuller". Anybody's guess how many of the average forumists will be wise to what's up with that?

Bobby Gordon is a lovely clarinet player. The track "Sweet & Lovely" demonstrates that point very well.

She must've been a wonderful person, Lon. It's clear in your words and memories of her. I'm glad you've found some level of happiness, though I'm sure she will always be in your heart as well.

For me it's an enjoyable listen, albeit one I don't spin that often. . And it sounds like they were having fun as well. Rundgren seems like he'd be a livelier front man than what the Cars were used to. I would've gone to see them had they come around where I was living at the time.
