I purchased this, but it won't play in my US DVD player. Suggestions?? I've e-mailed the distributor to see if they'll take it back. Cost to me was $43 including shipping from Europe. I'd sell it to someone here in the US for $35 (personal check) shipped first class. Assumes you have a DVD player that can play PAL format. Open but obviously unplayed.

I'm beginning to think that sometimes I'm in the wrong room. Coincidentally I was just listening to Historicity & thought it was just fine. The reference to Oscar Peterson earlier in the thread eludes me. I'm no critic or writer but have enjoyed much of what I've heard of Iyer's work.

Why do some get to decide who's being fooled? I'm just as smart, have listened just as long, etc. & can make up my own mind.

I've seen worse. The Iyer & Threadgill are actually 2 of my favorites this year.

Definitely a scam. My only "complaint" is that I've forwarded 3 of these to Pay Pal, & they haven't replied. I suppose they get hundreds of these a day.
