Just picked it up at a local store last weekend. I had this one, and the duo album with Jarrett in my hands, and I put the Jarrett back in the rack. I'm enjoying this concert very much, even though there is an annoying amount of noise in the right channel.
I never did pick up the first Henry Cow album. I have the other ones. I get a kick out of March Of The Cosmetic Surgeons, and As The World Turns, on Invisible Means.
Here's a beautiful tune by Simon Dupree, later to become Gentle Giant.

I used to do jazz on the radio at Syracuse University's WAER-FM. It was my favorite station for years, but not anymore. These days I listen to classical radio while driving. Never in the house.
I made sure to place my order on the 7th. For some reason the expiration time is midday on the given date. So if you waited until later in the day, you're out of luck.
Haven't gotten a chance to check out all the recs just yet, but THIS was fucking awesome!
It's a great album! I also like the follow up album, Yell Fire. Another one you might enjoy is Barefoot Soul by Sonia Dada.

I got into McLean about 23 years ago through his live in studio album, Dynasty. I have most of the Blue Notes, but I'm still missing A Fickle Sonance, and a couple of others. I most recently listened to Let Freedom Ring, which is pretty great.
