+1 Seems like there's a pattern developing of significant new variants/mutants every couple of months, with corresponding surges and declines in case numbers. I definitely expect that to continue. Beyond that, uncertain...I can't pretend to forecast how hazardous the mutants will be, whether existing vaccines will work against them, or whether comprehensive vaccines will be developed. Hope is that the cycles will gradually dampen.

I'm not in on this one, but no reason to think it wouldn't be good, by analogy with the Barbara Thompson release. I sprung for the B T set and enjoy it. None of the individual discs in that box are weak.

Damn. I couldn't access the first video, but Space Aura is *&_^$@! badass. I have a reasonable (maybe unreasonable by some standards) number of Ra recordings, but never heard that before!

Some years ago when Mosaic first farmed out their shipping, I got shipped the wrong item. Problem rectified, of course, but I had to e-mail Scott and go through some hassle. Not eager to be part of another shakedown cruise, so holding off for now. Another reason: I always use Paypal with Mosaic because I don't trust their security, which makes preorder less attractive because charge occurs immediately rather than upon shipping.

I don't trust Mosaic's computer system at this time. Won't consider placing an order until it becomes clear that orders are being processed smoothly.

I agree in principle. But in Yanow's case, so many of his AMG reviews are clearly perfunctory that I hesitate to interpret them deeply or search for ulterior motives.

+1 Have been fearing this for a while, but will focus on the legacy.

To my surprise, the importcds problem was resolved relatively easily. After only one wasted e-mail exchange with a non-English-speaking bot (or "customer service" subcontractor), on the second try they sent me a postage-paid label to ship back the LP. Once they received it, my card was promptly refunded. Much better experience than my previous shipping error go-round.

My usual strategy, copying the "consensus" (current spread and over-under, I found Winnipeg -4.5 points, O/U 44.5): Winnipeg 45. Disclosure: This has never worked, I've never won the contest.

I googled, but got no useful info. No recent personal posts (web page, social media), published a Rollins interview on Jazz Times site about a year ago but most Internet pages were updated in 2017 or so. In the absence of any sample pages on publisher or Amazon websites, I'm inclined to believe the 2022, and such a projection would be prone to further delays IMO...

I've had the CD (track 9) for a while. Offhand over six months, perhaps significantly longer. Discogs shows release date 2019.

I think the last open house was quite recent, within the past couple of months.
