  4. They may be bargains, but how many boxes of the (mostly) the same symphonies does one need? Let's see, there's big boxes of recordings by Bersnstein, Karajan (several from different labels), Toscanini, Furtwangler, Ashkenazy, Klemperer (over 9 smaller boxes), Abbado, Walter, and now Reiner. And I'm sure there's a bunch of others, too...
