Dan, sorry I missed your email inquiry. The McGhee has appeared on one of the Classics McGhee titles. The Brooks I believe has appeared on one of the excellent Ace reissues of her Modern sides.

BOTH of those are very good sets. . . I think you'll be plasesed twice.

I like all of this set! But the Braff stuff is my favorite! GREAT SOUND on this set.

I'm a tremendous fan of his body of work as well. Wish I had a few of his tenor guitars! (That Byrdland would be the one I'd ask for first!) I'm envious of the life he had!

I've had this set since it was released, and one of the discs by itself for a few years before that. I really enjoy it for the most part. I think you'll like the one you passed over. .. though it's probably the one you'll like the least (just a guess).

I'd like it if your prediction came true! A Paris set would be great! Anyone think we'll see the Fillmore set today? I'm sweating bullets becuase a week ago my credit card account got all snafu'd and it's supposed to be fixed, but I just know that the universe may conspire to make this a problem for me and my pre-ordered set! Sorry, spelling got me there. I have heard Morrison on studio stuff from 1976. . .(Unknown Sessions Vol. 2 I think) the music was moving towards the song structure that came after the retirement. . . Morrison did okay, but really didn't make an impression on my memory!
