I also have been buying the Mack Avenue CD's, even though I own the Tolliver Mosaic Selects. If enough comes out on Mack Avenue, I would also look to sell the Selects. But I don't want to move on from the Selects with just downloads to replace them. -

These two tenor players both play in the Lester Young tradition.Bob Hardaway has only this album as a leader. Dick Hafer has , including this one, two albums as a leader. Both were active in big bands for much of their careers. And both are tenor players I enjoy hearing. -

Thanks for the tip. Walter Bishop's Coral Keys is the only title that I have familiarity with (and own). I listened to portions of a long Black Jazz YT playlist and made some selections, though I was not fast enough to include Bishop's Keeper of My Soul.
