A little late (2 days ago)... but Finished another spin of the Tolliver Disc 3... that's a good set... but I do have a question... On Disc 3... does the band sound kinda distant??

the old fashioned.. telephone to Headquarters!!! Okay, I give. How does one pre-order these titles? I certainly don't have any live links on the Mosaic website that would permit. Perhaps this is a conceptual/spiritual preorder. I assume people are getting their discographical information from other sources (e.g., AllMusic, LPs owned...), since what Mosaic provides is sketchy.

After all my correcting.... onto Johnny Smith Disc 5.... (Kinda hard to follow the Jazztet... But....

Sorry.... I stand corrected.... Disc 4 has been inserted.... thank YOU It's a requirement--can't play Disc 3 without following it up with Disc 4 (read your user's manual ).

getting the morning off to a swinging (hopefully productive) start with Stanley Turrentine Disc 4 and 5.. DAMN this is a GOOD SET! (Forgot how good!!! )

Sonny Stitt Disc 5.... I'm beginning to think this is an underrated set.. by the very few mentions of it on this board...

Got a positive reply from Mosaic about the Betty Carter possibility... to summarize... "The Verve stuff and the material from her own label... might be a possibility...." I really HOPE they do this... She deserves it! How about some lobbying????
