  1. Does anyone know anything about this LP? Do not know label- only identification is M80P-6465.
  2. I received the 3 CDs I purchased on 3/23- all in fine shape. (Jazz at Massey Hall, Red Norvo Trio & Feldman Latinsville!). Fast delivery! Dan (Stonewall15)
  3. PM sent on Quintet Jazz At Massey, Red Norvo Trio, Victor Feldman Latinsville.
  4. The 15 songs on the "Antique Art Pepper" CD have previously been issued by the Los Angeles Jazz Institute on their LAJI label #0012 CD. This CD is available to members of the LAJI.
  5. This forum has not been accessible on the internet for awhile. Does anyone know why?
  6. Was the Warne Marsh session issued on a Calliope LP?
  7. Where would I get a 78 specific needle? Would it come with the turntable in addition to the 33/45 diamond needle?
  8. Shorty Rogers and Elliott Lawrence on "Rock That Beat" on the Groove (RCA) label.
  9. I notice that several of the discussed turntables have a 78 RPM speed in addition to the usual 45 and 33. Can the same needle with the light cartridge weight be used to play a 78? It seems to me that the diamond needle would not read the 78 grooves properly.
  10. Bump.
  11. After listening to the excerpts I wouldn't pay 98 cents for this LP.
  12. Anything new on this Transition Records issue?
  13. Same question for Toshiba DKVR60KU.
  14. HDMI output is only available on Roku 3. Wi-Fi is required for any Roku.
  15. I have 3 Victor Feldman Jasmine CDs. These are reissues of Tempo LPs. The CD quality is quite good.
  16. Eddie Costa has short solos on tracks 6 and 8; plays vibes on tracks 1,3, and 5; and comps on other tracks. Probably not worth getting if you are only interested in Eddie Costa. I am an Eddie Costa fan- PM me for details.
  17. I have the Blue Note Connoisseur CD of "Minor Move". Both "Star Eyes" and "The Way You Look Tonight" play perfectly with no distortions or clicks/pops. Lee Morgan on trumpet, in addition to great sax playing by Tina Brooks, is unbelievably good.
  18. I have a Japanese-issued Bethlehem (BCP-6024) CD of "Winner's Circle" (COCY-78660). The notes list 8 tracks but my CD has 9. Can anyone tell me what the 9th track is, who plays on it, and where it comes from?
  19. PM sent on Anthony Ortega CD.
