Thanks. I pretty much have all this material so I'm not really interested in the box. But the fact that their willing to assemble this stuff into a box must be based on it's potential commercial appeal. That may bode well for future Wayne-related releases. I think. I hope. Maybe I'm way to optimistic.

I have very little of this music on CD so I welcome the latest remasterings. I might even spring for a couple of the 2 disc-releases depending on what the extra goodies are.

These immersion sets are a bit crazy, but a nice byproduct of this craziness is the fact that the entire "floyd" catalog is being remastered and will be available as single disc releases. I'd like to pick up new remasters of Animals, Wish You Were Here, Atom Heart Mother, and Meddle.

This was probably Cadel's last best chance to win. BMC gave him the team, he scaled back his training to focus entirely on the tour, and he rode the right spring schedule (including a preview of the ITT). Bravo Cadel!

Charles Tolliver Big Band, Disc 1 Absolutely top notch writing, arranging, playing etc. Nice notes as well. Mainly consisting of an enlightening interview with CT.

This one has been on my "buy" list since I became aware of it a few weeks ago.

I believe the last two or three releases under his name are on Origin. So is DBOT's previous release, Folk Music.

I don't know if any of these albums are great (what ever that means), but am I the only one who thinks they are influential?

That's a fair characterization of the music on this release. Thirty second snippets do not do the work justice. It requires (deserves, rewards) your uninterupted attention. Sit quietly, listen, and-- repeat.
