  1. Liberty Liberty. Not stressing the difference. I have some of that CBBB KPM material on a Muse LP, which sounds like it was mastered in an underwater cave.
  2. Ted Curson -- Ode to Booker Ervin -- (EMI Finland, early 80s issue?)
  3. Wayne Shorter -- The Collector -- (BN King JP orig)
  4. Joe Henderson -- Mode for Joe -- (BN Liberty Stereo) Superb date. Probably haven't spun this in almost two decades, which is in itself a shock.
  5. Jimmy Heath -- Triple Threat -- (Riverside, original US stereo)
  6. yeah, the Trip issue was the original issue of this music on LP. I would assume it was recorded for someone else and then unissued. Orville O'Brien either recorded the sessions or had the tapes.
  7. The band is pretty good, though I'm warm and cool on the vocal component. I still don't like the diminutive name.
  8. Grateful Dead -- Europe '72 -- (Warner Bros., green label US)
  9. they do perform here as Mary Halvorson's Code Girl.
  10. yeah; most people invoice pretty quickly.
  11. usually people don't respond to questions like that; doesn't reflect on their ability to fulfill an order. Check the feedback and decide for yourself if it's worthwhile.
  12. yeah, I like that t-shirt record quite a bit.
  13. Nice, don't have that one. Now: Dexter Gordon -- Pulsation -- (Riverside, FR mono) nice-sounding European pressing of the Jazzland date. Was also issued with this title/cover in Holland.
  14. Second half of the film was much better. The first half was an absolute mess, as you point out.
  15. Grant Green -- Live at the Lighthouse -- (BN UA orig)
  16. Love Live Life + One -- Love Will Make a Better You -- (no label, US-made 90s bootleg of King original) wonderful Japanese outside prog with a strong Graham Bond/Mike Westbrook bent
  17. I think the McNair has white labels.
  18. and Karyobin, which I'm still after in its original form all these years later...
  19. saw them at Vision Festival and liked them quite a bit.
  20. I heard this years ago and wasn't bowled over by it.
  21. maybe my favorite MB record...
  22. yeah, using Ikea measurements -- Billy or Expedit or whatever -- as a rule of thumb is not a bad idea. They're really stable in theory (the material and the rigor of assembly can throw a wrench in). I will measure my custom shelving later and give you some ideas.
  23. This one is fun: https://www.discogs.com/Evan-Parker-The-Ayes-Have-It/release/1816152
