For Duke at Carnegie in the 40s completists, there is also that 2CD on Vintage Jazz Classics from the November 13, 1948 concert It contains what is supposed to be the only performance of 'Lush Life' by the Ellington orchestra!

No... just a guess based on the fact that it's been around longer than almost any other set...2001.. Might be the Mobley or the Django... I would bet that it will be one of those three.... :unsure: Based on what? You got any info?

I like 'em.. As someone who using the sleeves due to a lack of space, anything that's simple and small is greatly appreciated... Since you have them.. how's the Pieranunzi??? I've had 'em for a while. They're paper sleeves in a left-side hinged box. No booklets - just repros of the original sleeves.

I doubt anyone has a copy of the new set yet... Since from what I understand it doesn't go on sale in Europe until today. I think the only US distributor (so far) is jazzloft.com
