    • Thanks for the tip and congrats on the progress people are making!  I'm also working on better health and showing good results, though not as dramatic as you champions!  Great success in finding and eliminatingc"hidden" sugar to get my A1C under control.
    • The interview with Drayton seems to suggest that KD and Denis Charles were tight at the time, which I assume means they played together on occasion. Do we know of one instance where they played together?

    • Yeah, this is good to get this. I seem to remember recommending this to everyone here a few years ago because I was surprised to find out that you can have normal cholesterol and still have a high calcium score if plaque has already developed over time. Conversely, someone with high cholesterol might have a zero calcium score, but that doesn't mean they're risk-free. Soft plaque, which is more rupture-prone, may still be there. I came out with a big fat zero, but I feel better that I went. I remember it being only $75 when I got it and, yes, it wasn't covered by insurance.
